Spin the Wheels, Stride the Fire β Beat the Winter Chill! π₯βοΈ
Your Pace. Your Place. Your Glory.
This isnβt just a simple distance race. It is a 21-day point-based endurance challenge designed to build authentic fitness consistency, strategy, and mental grit!
Run, walk, or cycle β anytime, anywhere. No rigid tracks, no crowd pressure. Just your daily discipline, smart pacing, and automated Strava tracking.
Stay active for at least 15 days out of 21 days, accumulate daily points, level up across the 5 precision target tiers, and compete for prestigious Overall Champion Trophies in every single tier! π
π Daily Points Rule: Choose Cycling, Running, or Walking. If you record multiple activities on the same calendar day, the platform automatically credits the single activity that yields the highest points for that day (other activities recorded on that day are ignored)
π Daily Points Conversion (Balanced to 500 Base Points):
π΄ Cycling: 1 KM = 1 Point (500 KM = 500 Points)
π Running: 1 KM = 5 Points (100 KM = 500 Points)
πΆ Walking: 1 KM = 4 Points (125 KM = 500 Points)
π Consistency Rule: Minimum 15 active days required out of 21 days
π The 5 Target Tiers: Your cumulative 21-day total score decides your designated finish tier
π Trophies & Honors: Overall Champion Trophies awarded across all 5 tiers! π
πΉ Tier 1 (Detox): Up to 500.00 Points
πΉ Tier 2 (Flow): 500.01 to 800.00 Points
πΉ Tier 3 (Sadhana): 800.01 to 1200.00 Points
πΉ Tier 4 (Ojas): 1200.01 to 1500.00 Points
πΉ Tier 5 (Ultimate Champion): 1500.01+ Points (Open Ceiling β Highest Overall Scorer)
(β οΈ Note: In Tiers 1 through 4, target your points with precision! Exceeding a tier's ceiling by even 0.01 point automatically moves you up into the next tier)
π‘ Automated Strava Sync: Every workout must be tracked via Strava and set to "Public" / "Everyone" for leaderboard synchronization.
π² Strictly Outdoor GPS Only: Only genuine outdoor GPS-tracked activities are valid. No indoor workouts, no treadmill/trainer sessions, and no manual entries are allowed.
β±οΈ Fair Play & Audit Checks: Pacing and speed profiles are continuously monitored to ensure genuine human performance. Motor-assisted or vehicle rides are permanently disqualified.
β³ Sync Grace Period (48 Hours): You have up to 2 days (48 hours) from the activity date to upload and sync your workout on Strava. Same-day midnight sync is not mandatory, but ensure syncing happens within this 2-day window to be counted.
β‘ The Level-Shift Rule:
In Tiers 1 through 4, the winner is the athlete who finishes closest to the upper ceiling without surpassing it
βοΈ Tie-Breaker Rule:
If two or more participants finish with the exact same points in any tier, ties are resolved in the following priority:
Total Active Days: The athlete with more active days during the challenge wins.
First to Reach (Timestamp): If active days are identical, the participant who achieved that target score earlier in time takes the victory.
Q. Do I have to stick to just one sport for all 21 days?
A. No! You can cycle today, run tomorrow, or walk the next day. If you do multiple activities on the same day, only the single activity generating the highest points will count for that day
Q. Can I split my daily workout into multiple sessions?
A. No. Only one single activity with the highest score is counted per calendar day. Multiple split sessions do not combine.
Q. What is defined as an "Active Day"?
A. To count as an Active Day, you must meet the minimum 10-point threshold in a single activity:
π΄ Cycling: Minimum 10 KM
π Running: Minimum 2 KM
πΆ Walking: Minimum 2.5 KM
(Activities below this threshold will not qualify as an active day. You need at least 15 active days out of 21 days for the finisher certificate).
Q. Do I have to sync my activity on Strava on the same night?
A. No, there is no need to rush before midnight. You get a comfortable grace period of up to 2 days (48 hours) to sync your workout to Strava.
Q. Are indoor activities allowed?
A. No. Only outdoor GPS-recorded workouts are accepted. Treadmill runs, indoor cycling trainers, and manual entries are strictly excluded.
Q. How do I win the Champion Trophy?
A. In Tiers 1 to 4, aim to finish as close to the upper tier limit as possible without exceeding it
