1. Event Overview :
Organizer: Spin & Stride
Duration: October 11th – October 31st, 2026 (21 Days)
Goal: Complete at least 18 days of activity to qualify as a finisher.
"You are free to Run, Ride, or Walk on any given day. You don't need to stick to just one mode. Our system will automatically select your single best activity that yields the highest points for the day to count towards your 21-day challenge."
2. Point System & Pace Logic :
Points are awarded based on the category and pace of your activity:

3. Daily Limits & Qualifications:
Maximum Base Points: 500 Points per day (This is a universal cap for everyone).
Minimum Qualification (Active Day): An entry is valid only if you earn at least 50 points in a single day.
Minimum Distance to hit 50 Points:
Running/ Walking: 2.5 km
Cycling: 10 km
4. Efficiency Meter (Ratio Logic) :
Formula: Ratio = Elapsed Time ÷ Moving Time. This measures your focus during the activity. Bonuses/Penalties apply to Base Points:
1.00 – 1.10 (Ultra Focus): +25% Bonus
1.11 – 1.20 (Pro): +20% Bonus
1.21 – 1.40 (Active): +10% Bonus
1.41 – 1.60 (Baseline): 0% Change
1.61 – 1.80 (Slow): -25% Penalty
1.81 – 2.00 (Warning): -50% Penalty
Above 2.00 (Invalid): 0 Points (Auto Reject)
5. Special Bonuses :
Elevation Bonus: +5 Points for every 100m Elevation Gain (1m = 0.05 Pts).
Daily Distance Milestones:
Running/ Walking:
12.5 km: +25 Pts | 18.75 km: +50 Pts | 25 km: +100 Pts
Cycling:
50 km: +25 Pts | 75 km: +50 Pts | 100 km: +100 Pts
Elevation Milestones:
500m: +25 Pts | 1000m: +50 Pts | 1500m: +100 Pts
Consistency (Streak) Bonus:
7 Days: +50 Pts | 14 Days: +100 Pts | 21 Days: +200 Pts
6. Reward Levels (Points based) :
Level 1 (2,000+): Medal + e-Certificate
Level 2 (5,000+): Medal + e-Certificate + Sipper
Level 3 (7,500+): Medal + e-Certificate + Sipper + Goodies Bag
Level 4 (10,000+): Medal + e-Certificate + Sipper + Bag + T-Shirt
Level 5 (12,500+): Medal + Trophy + T-Shirt + Bag + Sipper + e-Certificate
7. Technical & Safety Rules :
Only Outdoor Activities are valid for this event.
Single Best Activity Rule: Only one activity per day will be considered for points and qualification. If multiple activities are recorded on the same day, the system will automatically select and validate only your Longest Single Activity.
Helmet: Mandatory for cyclists.
Strava: Strava data is considered.
Sync: Data must be synced within 24 hours.
Banned: E-Bikes, Treadmills, Manual Entries are strictly prohibited.

A. Participants must be physically fit and capable of completing the chosen distance.
B. Participants must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers.
A. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of postponement due to various reasons, the registration fee paid will be allocated to the rescheduled event on a different date.
B. Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
C. Registration may close before the stated deadline if participant capacity is reached.
A. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety before, during, and after the event.
B. Participants should consult with a medical professional before undertaking any physical activity, including participation in this event.
C. Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff, volunteers, and medical personnel.
A. Participants must always conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
B. Any form of using unauthorized means of transportation, or accepting outside assistance, will result in disqualification.
C. Participants must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the course.
A. Participation in this event is at the participant's own risk.
B. The organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates of this event are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
C. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event.
A. Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.
B. Participants may not use the event for any commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent from the organizers.
A. The organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
B. Any changes will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels of communication.
By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the event.
